Slitter Rewinders can be equipped with simple unwinders with coils on shaft or shaftless, with passive mechanical braking (pneumatic clamp brakers, magnetic powder brakes) or with positive action electric engines.
Transformed film tension is electronically controlled and managed according to optimal functions for the various types and thickness of materials, ranging from low thickness polyolefin films to high thickness polylaminated (paper/aluminium/plastic).
